Chris and Katie Yurko have spent over five years around pickleball, inspired by the sport’s power to bring people together. When a close family member in his thirties faced a shocking cancer diagnosis, the financial strain on his family of six was overwhelming. Fire Pickleball was born from that moment — turning the game we love into a way to spark hope and provide grants that help families focus on healing, not hospital bills.
